If you will be driving to our office, the best thing to do is Google Map our address. There is street parking, 2 parking lots and a parking garage just north of our building. If you plan on using street parking, the kiosks usually accept credit cards, smart cards, dollar bills and quarters. It’s $1.00/half hour. Please make sure you place your timestamp ticket (given to you by the kiosk machine) on your dashboard. Parking lot/garage rate vary from $8.00 to $20.00 usually.
If you’re taking public transportation, you can go to www.septa.com and click on “Plan My Trip”. Next, type in our address and it will provide you with the best routes (be that regional rail, subway, bus, etc.) that can get you here. We are easily accessible by bus routes 5, 9, 17, 21, 33, 42 and 48, and by the El (Market-Frankford Blue Line — Eastbound).
Once you are in the Old City area, you want to find the Northeast corner of 2nd Street and Chestnut Street. Once you are there, you will see the Coin Exchange Building. We are one door to the left of the corner on 2nd Street, in between the old Citizen’s Bank and a restaurant called the Plough and Stars.
The door has a wooden door frame, and it says 123 Chestnut Street right above it in gold letters. However, please remember that our entrance is located on 2nd Street. IF the door is locked, you will find a key pad on your left-hand side as you are facing the door. On that keypad, you should follow the prompts to be buzzed in. When you hear a “beep”, you can pull the door open. Otherwise, during regular office hours, you should find the door already unlocked. When you walk in, if you stay to the left of the stairs towards the sculptures, you will see the elevators on your right. Press the number “2″ firmly until it lights up, and then “Door Close”. It will take you to the 2nd floor. When you come out, take a right and then another right around the corner, and we will be the door all the way down the hallway in suite 201.
Once you’re here, you’ll be evaluated and also treated in this first appointment. Your visit should last roughly 1.5 to 2 hours.
